This is just ground chicken with Not So Sloppy Joe mix. I like that particular brand because it doesn't have any High Fructose Corn Syrup in it, which is basically evil incarnate.
I'm not sure if this is just me, but I feel like the shadow from the edge of the pan (on the right side of the picture) makes it look off-center somehow... :/

"Guys, wait--This was in my dream! We shouldn't go to the market!" "What happened in your dream?" "Food eats people! Also, Momo could talk. You said some very unkind things."
Oh you have no idea how hard it was to get the light and shadow to come out in this one. I'd move an inch in one direction and it would cut off one side, another direction and there'd be a bright flash in the pan. Plus, all the while it's cooking! Still fun to capture hearts though.
I can imagine DX I guess there's really not a whole lot you can do about that sort of thing

Well, in that position, the light was coming from the overhead fan too. I tried rotating the pan so that the light worked just right, and the heart slid down the pan!! *Laughs* So I put it back.
Haha, I guess you'd need to let it burn onto the bottom of the pan. But then it would taste terrible, be carcinogenic, and be a pain to clean off the bottom of the pan XD

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
