Actually, even f/22 will create a limited depth of field when you have a 100mm macro lens with such a short minimal focusing distance as close as you possibly can get. Keep in mind, this is a non-cropped shot and these are the size of Nestle's Chocolate Chips! I had to actually go back and look at the original RAW image myself to make sure I hadn't Photoshopped it in that manner, but - frankly - I'm not really into the whole select/lens blur thing; I'd rather just shoot the thing right the first time.
Why thank you! Sometimes I have to force myself to make a piece, this piece just called out to me. We had separated the red and green into separate bowls, I had missed one (not visible) and it made me realize that it would make a fun "all but one" shot for my Flickr account.
Nice macro work! My one comment is that the green... Candy... In the foreground looks a little strange tipped up like that--I'm not sure, though. Do you see it, or is it just me? Anyway, good work, as always!
